Mike Danson (Chair)
Mike is an economics professor and moved back to Strathnairn in October 2020. He continues to research and advise governments on regional and community economic development, just transition, microbreweries and many other issues. He is delighted to be back home.
Megan Bee ( Secretary)
Megan has lived in Strathnairn since 2019. She is a Primary Teacher, specialising in Additional Support Needs. She has previously been involved with Farr Baby and Toddler group and the Fearnag Growers. She’s a keen hill runner and enjoys adventuring with her young family, exploring new corners and meeting new folk.
Elna Harvey
Elna has lived in Daviot since 2013 with her husband and three children. She is a primary school teacher originally from Sweden. Elna enjoys being creative, working in her garden, baking and being outside with her family.
Hilary Lacroix
Hilary Lacroix has lived in Strathnairn since 2008, along with her husband and two sons. She works in the area of disability, as a support worker and trainer. Over the years Hilary has been part of various community groups and currently helps at the café and lunch club. She enjoys walking and swimming in the Strath, as well as the SHIFT fitness classes.
Iain Campbell ( Treasurer)
Iain is an Electronics Technician in the British Army, moving away from Inverness 25 years ago. He moved to Strathnairn in March 2024 with his family, who are all loving being a part of the amazing community.
